1. Order Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every Cyclonexis order is prepared with care to ensure accuracy and secure packaging during transit.

• High-demand periods (holidays or promotional events): up to 5 business days

Free Shipping on orders over $29.97
• Flat $2.99 for orders under $29.97
• No hidden handling fees

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Cyclonexis ships through a global fulfillment network. Delivery times vary by destination:

Canada / UK / Australia 11–16 business days
Rest of the World 15–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery windows. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or regional logistics factors may occasionally extend delivery times.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Updates

• Tracking details may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment
• International tracking may not update daily — this is normal and does not indicate a problem

Your gear is in transit and moving through the logistics network.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cyclonexis is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast and accurate fulfillment, orders begin processing shortly after placement.

• Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase
• Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

Damaged Items

If your Cyclonexis product arrives damaged, please email clear photos to our support team within 72 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms that your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
